What Insurance
Plans Are Accepted?

Insurance plans are billed directly. Patients are responsible only for their standard deductible or co-insurance. A referral from a doctor is required.

What If I Have Out-of-Network Benefits?

If out-of-network benefits are available, the team can verify coverage and provide a reimbursement estimate. A superbill can be provided for submission to your insurance company, or the office can manage the claim process on your behalf. Reimbursement cannot be guaranteed.

  • 300 deposit required for self-pay services.
  • Half remaining due on evaluation day
  • Final balance due upon report completion
  • Cancellation Policy
  • 48 hours notice required

Cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours notice may result in a $300 fee

Accepted Forms of Payment

We accept various payment methods for your convenience. Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) can be used for eligible neuropsychological services.

Are there any age or service limitations?

This practice focuses exclusively on assessment services and does not provide therapy. Assessments are not offered for individuals under the age of 18 or for autism, psychoeducational, or learning disability evaluations. Please call the office for referral recommendations
